Categories: Feature Updates

At Rallio, we’re always focused on making our platform more intuitive, flexible, and powerful for all users. Our latest updates are designed to improve everything from content approvals to media uploads, offering new levels of control and insight. Here’s a look at what’s new:

1. Simplified Approval and Posting for Hub Content

We’ve overhauled the way approvals and posting work in the Hub, making it easier to understand and use. Whether you’re managing multiple locations or sub-hubs, the new system ensures that approvals are crystal clear and straightforward, allowing you to publish or schedule content with confidence.

2. Introducing the New Locations Report

Our new Locations Report provides valuable insights into user engagement. It shows how many times a menu link is clicked, giving you a clear picture of interactions.

The report covers the previous week, and you can see the number of days when activity—such as clicks—occurred. This detailed view helps you track which locations are driving engagement and how frequently.

3. Media Gallery: Source Filter Update

For users who work with content suppliers, we’ve added a new Source Filter in the Media Gallery. Now, if your brand is utilizing a content supplier, you’ll see an option to filter by Content Supplier. This helps you quickly find the media you need, based on its source, so you can streamline your content curation process.

4. Enhanced AI Compliance

We’ve expanded our AI Compliance features to apply not just to AI-generated content, but also to manually created content. This ensures that all your posts—whether created by a person or AI—meet the necessary compliance standards before they go live. It’s another layer of protection to help maintain consistency and compliance across your brand.

5. New Media Upload UI/UX with Advanced Settings Control

Our media upload process just got a major upgrade! Now, when you upload multiple media assets, you can apply different settings to each individual asset, rather than applying one set of rules across the board.

One of the key features in this update is the new Lock Feature:

  • Brand-Uploaded Media: If a brand uploads media and locks it, sub-hubs and locations will not be able to edit or watermark the asset. The edit and watermark buttons will be disabled for those users.
  • Sub-Hub-Uploaded Media: If a sub-hub uploads and locks the media, sub-hubs and locations below it can’t edit or watermark the asset, but the parent hub retains the ability to do so.

This update allows for greater control over your brand’s media assets and ensures that your content is presented consistently across all levels of your network.

We’re excited for you to start using these new features and look forward to hearing your feedback! As always, our goal is to provide tools that help you manage your content and locations with ease and efficiency. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to improve your Rallio experience!
