At Rallio, we’re constantly refining our platform to ensure you have the best tools to manage your social media presence effectively. This latest round of updates is designed to enhance your workflow, provide more control over your content, and make key features accessible to all users, even those who haven’t connected a social profile yet. Here’s what’s new:
1. Enhanced Feed/List Creation: A Simpler, Step-by-Step Process
Creating feeds and lists just got easier. Gone is the one-page form with overwhelming fields. Instead, we’ve broken down the process into a step-by-step guide that walks you through the creation process more intuitively. Each stage focuses on a specific aspect of your feed or list, helping you stay organized and avoid mistakes. This update makes content organization smoother and more user-friendly, allowing you to focus on creating impactful posts without feeling bogged down by complicated setups.

2. Calendar Filters: Customize What You See and Schedule More Efficiently
Our Calendar feature now allows you to filter by post types—such as standard posts, reels, or stories. Whether you’re planning a series of reels or scheduling a day full of stories, you can now easily narrow down what you see, making it quicker to find exactly what you need.

Additionally, when creating a new post directly from the calendar, you can select the content type—whether it’s a regular post or a story—right from the scheduling interface. This feature gives you the flexibility to plan your content strategy with precision and clarity, ensuring that every post fits perfectly into your overall social media plan.

3. Expanded Post Gallery Access: No Social Profile Needed
In the past, users were required to connect a social profile before accessing the post gallery. This was a roadblock for some users who wanted to explore available posts before linking accounts. Now, we’ve removed that restriction. Users without a connected social profile can still browse the post gallery and see the content options available.
This change gives franchisees and multi-location managers a better view of the available assets before they commit to connecting their accounts, streamlining the onboarding experience and offering more flexibility.
These updates are designed with you in mind, whether you’re managing multiple locations or focusing on individual feeds. We’re here to make social media management easier, faster, and more accessible, so you can focus on what really matters: growing your brand.
Stay tuned for more improvements in the coming months!
