For example, if a Content Supplier syndicates a post for Australia to Brand 1, only Brand 1’s locations in Australia will receive the post. Other brands with locations in Australia or in different countries won’t be included, ensuring targeted, relevant content distribution across your global network.

• Brand-Uploaded Media: If a brand uploads media and locks it, sub-hubs and locations will not be able to edit or watermark the asset. The edit and watermark buttons will be disabled for those users.
• Sub-Hub-Uploaded Media: If a sub-hub uploads and locks the media, sub-hubs and locations below it can’t edit or watermark the asset, but the parent hub retains the ability to do so.

Previously, post expiration was limited to a single end date, which restricted scheduling and publishing options. With our latest update, you can now set a date range for post expiration. This means that posts can be scheduled and published anytime within the specified date range, giving you more flexibility in your content planning.

2. AI Posts: Brand-Level Control

We’ve made important changes to how AI-generated posts are managed. Previously, AI-generated content was enabled by default across all brands. However, we’ve now introduced a feature flag that allows each brand to control this functionality independently. By default, AI posts have been disabled for all brands. To activate AI-generated posts, simply enable the feature within your AI Playbook.

3. Enhanced Instagram Analytics

To cater to our diverse user base, we’ve introduced automatic post translations. In your Rallio profile, you can now select a default language. 4. New Media Release Feature

We’ve streamlined the process for handling media releases. Previously, when an employee uploaded a media file, users could generate a media release document. Our new feature bypasses this step. A pop-up with the text shown below will appear, ensuring you have the necessary permissions while saving you time.
