1. REVV Menu Consolidation
We’ve made navigating Rallio even easier by moving all REVV-related settings, including the employee leaderboard and locations leaderboard, under the main REVV menu. This consolidation helps you find what you need quickly and manage your settings more efficiently.
2. Enhanced AI for Review Responses
Previously, our AI would error out if a review lacked a caption or content. We’ve upgraded our AI to handle reviews with or without captions seamlessly. Now, you can rely on Rallio to generate thoughtful and appropriate responses to all your reviews, ensuring consistent engagement with your audience.
3. Automatic Post Translations
To cater to our diverse user base, we’ve introduced automatic post translations. In your Rallio profile, you can now select a default language. Any new syndicated posts will automatically be translated into your chosen language, making it easier to communicate with your audience in their preferred language. Please note, this feature applies only to new posts and will not translate existing ones.
4. New Media Release Feature
We’ve streamlined the process for handling media releases. Previously, when an employee uploaded a media file, users could generate a media release document. Our new feature bypasses this step. Instead of generating a file, the system will simply ask if you have permission to use the media file once you upload it and click the add button. A pop-up with the text shown below will appear, ensuring you have the necessary permissions while saving you time.
5. Publish Facebook & Instagram Stories from Rallio Creator
We’re thrilled to announce that you can now publish Facebook and Instagram stories directly from the Creator in Rallio. This new feature supports multiple images in stories and one video, allowing you to create engaging and dynamic content for your social media channels with ease.
